Light Bars

Each of our products is produced completely here in our shop. From bending to cutting everything is done in house. Here we have three basic designs of these Light Bars/Grill Guards. We can also build off of these with your additional ideas if you require something more. We can add a wide variety of additions to these models to individualize your particular needs. I built these bars so they will not vibrate like my competition. We all know how that affects the lights when they are on.

Standard features of our products differ from what else is out there. We build these the way I would want my Light bars/Grill guards built and I use the same products that I sell on all my trucks. I don’t sell one thing and build another for my own vehicles.

The best feature on our bars is the lights are mounted behind the main tube to protect your lights. My competition for some reason mounts the lights in front of the light bar. I like my $1,000.00 worth of lights to be protected, How about you?

STANDARD FEATURES for all our Bars and Guards include the following,

All tube is .120” DOM throughout with all end caps welded and not plastic inserts. Tube diameters range from 1.5” to 2” depending on the application. I realize some in the industry will say HREW is good but in my experience welded seam tube creates problems if not bent and welded properly so we simply do not spare any expense to manufacture a quality product that will last basically forever.

All mounts to frame are bolt on and use gusseted ¼” plate.

As for the top plate we offer your choice of smooth metal or diamond plate. These plates cover the entire top of the bars in between the grill guard tube.

We do not provide holes drilled for lights but with the plate going all across the top you can put your lights exactly where you would want them, not where I would want them! Heck of a concept huh? The way I look at it if I was to put holes or tabs on the product and you wanted them somewhere else the bar would look like Swiss cheese.

MODELS AVAILABLE Include,

Our LED mount bar which has a short stinger to allow mounting up to a 32” long light assembly. In addition we can build these stinger to accomadate single , double, triple or quad row LED bars. Just let us know

Our 4 light mount bar which has a stinger on the unit which will allow the room to mount up to Four 9” diameter lights,

Our 3 light mount bar which has a stinger on the unit which is a little narrower which will allow the room to mount up to Three 9” diameter lights.

Our economy bar which can mount up to four 9” diameter lights.

The bottom line is this we want to make a quality product that is just what you want not what I want. I have to build the base frame to my specification because I know how tough the design is but additions to that only enhance the product for your individual needs and wants.

Bare metal Bars are $250.00 for large and $175.00 for the economy bar.

Powder coated is $325.00 for large and $250.00 for the economy bar. Lots of available colors and color matching.
